Eddy L. Chao Mr. Chao has twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry, including extensive training from top organizations in the field. Over the years, he has received numerous professional designations such as CCIM, SIOR, CPM, CIPS, CEC, ALC, CREA. Utilizing his extensive experience in real estate investment and management, along with his Asian background, Mr. Chao successfully helped his Asian investors acquire more than US$600 million of U.S. real estate the past few years. In addition to his business activities, Mr. Chao also served as a Committee Member and past Vice Chairman of the “International Education Task Force” of CIM, Director and past President of the Chinese-American Real Estate Professional Association of Southern California as well as the Director of the Lions Club. Throughout the years, Mr. Chao has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors from various organizations, including being listed in Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate by the Los Angeles Business Journal, Investor of the Year, by the California Real Estate Journal, Who’s Who in Real Estate & Development Industries, Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate, and Men of Achievement.
