Mr. Choi is a Managing Director of Asia Pacific Capital as well as a practicing attorney in Korea.

As a head of the finance department of Yoon, Chung & Partners, LLP, he has extensive experience in structured finance, project financing and real estate financing and development through intensive capital investments made in the form of Asset-Backed Securities, Real Estate Fund and Commercial Paper, among other forms of investment vehicles.

Mr. Choi has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and is a trusted advisor to prominent Korean pension funds, registered investment advisory firms, securities companies, insurance companies, commercial banks, and high net worth individuals.

In particular, Mr. Choi has advised international real estate development in China, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan.
